Membership Anyone can become a member of the club. We do not require membership for you to attend club trips, however, two conditions do apply. Firstly, club members do have priority – if a trip fills up, non members will be asked to join or forfeit their place. Secondly, if it is reasonable to expect you to join (ie you live in Sydney, and may be attending more than one trip etc.), we will charge $30 per trip, which can go towards full membership if you decide to do so later (so keep your receipts!). The membership costs are as follows: Student membership: (this membership applies to students of the University of Sydney) $115 Standard membership: $160 Non-ASF membership: (this membership applies only to people who are already members of the ASF, either privately or through another club) $125 SUSS Bulletins only – 4 per year (average) $ 30 Less $100 for Access Card holders. ASF = Australian Speleological Federation To join or renew, simply print out the membership form (Adobe Acrobat pdf file). Then fill out this form and post it to the address listed at the top of the form with a cheque or money order made out to Sydney University Speleological Society.
